CAM brings fastener and fluid-fitting brands including Bristol Industries, 3V Fasteners, Moeller, Aerofit, Voss Industries, QRP and E.A. Patten - rounding out Howmet's Fastening Systems segment and further tightening the company's grip on an already-constrained supply chain.

Four business segments

• Engine Products - the largest segment (~USD4.3 billion revenue, a record year). Produces rotating and structural jet engine components from titanium/nickel superalloy forgings and castings. Adjusted EBITDA margin around 33%, among the highest in the group.
• Fastening Systems (~USD1.7 billion revenue, +11% YoY) - nose-to-tail aerospace fasteners, plus fasteners for commercial transportation, industrial and renewable-energy applications. This is the segment set to grow further once CAM is integrated.
• Engineered Structures - titanium ingots and mill products, forgings, extrusions and machining for airframes, wings, engines and landing gear; also aluminum/nickel forgings.
• Forged Wheels - wheels for commercial transportation (trucks). The smallest segment, non-aerospace, and a more cyclical diversifier relative to the other three.
