Warrant Ekovest Hampir Expired

Ekovest warrant ini akan expired pada 25/6/2019 jam 5.00 petang. Jadi bagi yang memiliki WARRANT EKOVEST apa akan berlaku?

Exercise Price

(Exercise Price adalah RM0.48 seunit) So kalau ada 10 000 unit. Kiraannya RM0.48 X 10 000 = RM4800 jumlah kena.

Perkara perlu di buat untuk pemegang warrant

Warrant Holder(s) who wish to exercise their Exercise Rights should:-

(a) Complete and sign the enclosed Exercise Form, and

(b) Deliver the following documents to the Company’s Share Registrar not later than 5.00 p.m. on the Expiry Date:-

the duly completed and signed Exercise Form;
remittance for the full Exercise Price as mentioned in Sections 2 and 3 above, and
remittance of a processing fee of RM75.00 per CDS Account, payable by banker’s draft, banks demand draft, cashier’s order, money order or postal order made out in favour of “Sectrars Management Sdn Bhd” crossed “Account Payee Only,” or in cash if you deliver the documents to the Company’s Share Registrar personally.

Additional copies of the Exercise Form can be obtained from the Company’s Share Registrar at the address stated in Section 7 of this Notice

The Company shall within eight (8) Market Days (or such other period as may be prescribed by Bursa Securities) after the date of receipt of the duly completed Exercise Form together with the requisite payments:-

(a) allot and issue to the exercising Warrant Holder(s) the new Shares issuable pursuant to the exercise of the Exercise Right;

b) arrange for the new Shares arising from the exercise of the Exercise Right to be credited into the CDS Account of the exercising Warrant Holder(s);

c) despatch a notice of allotment to the exercising Warrant Holder(s) stating the number of new Shares which will be credited into the exercising Warrant Holder’s CDS Account and

d) make an application to Bursa Securities for the quotation and listing of such new Shares.

The new Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants 2014/2019 shall, upon allotment and issuance, rank pari passu in all respect with the existing Ekovest Shares including any entitlement to any dividends, rights, allotments or other distributions, save and except that such new Shares shall not be entitled to any dividends, rights, allotments or other distributions declared or paid prior to the date of allotment of the new Shares.

The new Shares arising from the exercise of the Exercise Rights by the Warrant Holders) will be credited directly into the CDS Accounts of such Warrant Holder(s) and no physical share certificates will be issued to the Warrant Holder(s) in respect of the new Shares

Jika warrant tidak di-convert atau dijual sebelum tarikh luput, ia akan menjadi tidak bernilai dan anda akan kehilangan keseluruhan pelaburan — warrant tersebut hanya tinggal kenangan sahaja.

Anda perlu menghubungi broker atau remisier anda untuk membuat permohonan conversion — proses ini melibatkan pembayaran harga exercise yang telah ditetapkan untuk menukar warrant kepada saham biasa.

Bilakah masa terbaik untuk convert atau jual warrant?

Keputusan convert atau jual bergantung pada harga mother share berbanding harga exercise — jika harga mother share lebih tinggi daripada harga exercise plus premium, conversion mungkin menguntungkan.

Warrant ialah hak untuk membeli saham pada harga tertentu dalam tempoh masa tertentu, manakala mother share ialah saham biasa syarikat — warrant mempunyai tarikh luput tetapi mother share tidak.
