Sentral REIT (5123) — Malaysia's Premier Office REIT
Sentral REIT is a real estate investment trust (REIT) listed on Bursa Malaysia, focused on Grade A office buildings and select commercial assets in strategic locations. Its portfolio currently comprises 10 buildings valued at RM2.52 billion — four in Cyberjaya, four in Kuala Lumpur, one in Petaling Jaya and one in Penang.
Key assets include Menara Shell (anchor single tenant), Menara CelcomDigi, Platinum Sentral, and Sentral Buildings 1–4 at KL Sentral — Malaysia's busiest integrated public transport hub. Tenant mix spans oil & gas, GLCs, banking, insurance, IT/electronics, and automotive sectors.
Latest Development: In May 2025, Sentral REIT announced the acquisition of 38 stratified retail units and 1,432 car park bays at Arcoris Plaza, Mont' Kiara, from UEM Sunrise for RM70 million — its first-ever retail diversification. MOE approval received October 2025, expected to complete Q4 2025.
