KLCCP Stapled Group — Custodian of Malaysia's Iconic Assets
KLCC Property & REIT (5235SS), or the KLCCP Stapled Group, is Malaysia's largest stapled security combining KLCC REIT units (property investment) with shares of KLCC Property Holdings Berhad (property development). This stapled structure was the first Shariah-compliant stapled security in Malaysia since listing on 9 May 2013.
In short, KLCCP owns and manages Malaysia's most iconic commercial assets:
- 🏙️ PETRONAS Twin Towers, Menara ExxonMobil & Menara 3 PETRONAS (Grade-A office)
- 🛍️ Suria KLCC — premium retail mall, now 100% owned after RM2.0 billion acquisition in 2024
- 🏨 Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur — 5-star luxury hotel
- 🏗️ Lot D1 — vacant land for future development

Major shareholder: PETRONAS via KLCC Holdings Sdn Bhd — ~64.68% direct holding (total PETRONAS exposure ~75%). Free float: ~25%.
