• Credit Reporting Services (CRS) — Core business: CTOS credit reports for individuals and businesses. This segment contributes the majority of revenue (~70%+) and carries the highest margins.
• Key Analytics (KAI) — Data analytics solutions and credit scoring for financial institutions.
• Digital Business Solutions (DBS) — eKYC services, digital identity verification, and API integrations.
• Associates — Investments in RAM Holdings (credit ratings), Basis Bay (data processing), and BOL in Thailand (ASEAN expansion).

⚠️ Current Story: CTOS is undergoing a major leadership transition — founding CEO Erik Hamburger departed in May 2025, replaced on an interim basis by Loh Kok Leong. New CEO Ankur Sehgal (former Senior Managing Director at CIMB Bank) joined early in January 2026, bringing a digital expansion and ASEAN vision. The CFO also changed in September 2025. This makes 2025-2026 a strategic reset year for the company.
