Business Structure

SPTOTO operates through four principal segments:

• STM (Sports Toto Malaysia) - NFO Core: Government-licensed number forecast operations covering Toto 4D, 5D, 6D, Mega 6/52, Power 6/55, and Supreme Toto 6/58. This segment runs approximately 160 draws per year and generates the majority of group revenue.
• H.R. Owen Plc (UK): A London-listed subsidiary operating a network of luxury car dealerships including Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lotus, providing exposure to the UK premium automotive market.
• ILTS (International Lottery & Totalisator Systems): Supplies lottery equipment and software to international operators via technology leasing arrangements.

The Jackpot-Driven Earnings Cycle

This is why SPTOTO's quarterly financials appear highly inconsistent (lumpy). Despite operating in the gaming industry, SPTOTO is Shariah-compliant as certified by the Shariah Advisory Council of the Securities Commission Malaysia. Under Malaysia's Islamic investment framework, income from government-licensed number forecast operations is classified differently from conventional gambling.
